ALARMSWITCH is our server management system and is able to reprocess Alarm data in various protocols including Ademco 685, SIA, CSV and XML over broadband. ALARMSWITCH is able to break those out those data feeds into RS-232 or ethernet so customers can integrate into their own network management solution. All data handling is covered by the Privacy Act in particular those guidelines included in the Telecommunications information privacy code.
